Mindfulness Tips

 Mindfulness is the practice of paying full attention to the present moment without judging our thoughts, feelings, or surroundings. It means being aware of what is happening right now, rather than constantly worrying about the future or thinking about the past. Mindfulness helps us become calmer, more focused, and better able to understand ourselves. Simply put, ‘mindfulness’ means being fully present in the moment. For instance, we often watch television or use our phones while eating. However, a mindful person pays attention to the taste, aroma, texture, and appearance of the food.
