Preventive health care has increased three times more then just health care, that means we have to cure it before our body gets sick, you never to rely on health to fight the disease, health cannot be restored unless we fight disease. Health means the alignment of body and the mind, if the energy level of the body is in the right way then you are healthy, if the alignment of your body and the mind is not right then you are not healthy, we must be care taken so that the alignment of body and the mind is always correct. For that you need to generate health from the system yourself, you do not have to rely on health, this is called PREVENTIVE HEALTH CARE.
